Provides access to our educational journey with learning modules, video lessons, community features, and exclusive deals. Subscriptions require a fixed 6-month binding period.

User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 User Registration

Users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

3.2 User Conduct

Users agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized sharing of access credentials or account information
  • Disruptive behavior or harassment of other users
  • Attempting to access other users' accounts without permission
  • Any illegal or unethical use of our platform

Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Structure

Our pricing is available on our website and applies to both subscription and one-time payment options.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments through our secure payment gateway.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for users who have not accessed the content. Subscription refunds are not available during the 6-month binding period.

4.4 Cancellation Policy

After the initial 6-month commitment, subscriptions convert to monthly billing. Users may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing month.

Subscription Access and Membership

5.1 Subscription Access (Minimum 6 Months)

All new subscriptions include a minimum 6-month binding period. Access to all platform features is granted immediately upon payment.

5.2 Breach and Outstanding Payments

Failure to pay will result in account suspension. Interest accrues on outstanding payments in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.

5.3 Collection and Enforcement

We will provide up to three payment reminders before initiating collection proceedings.

Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and intellectual property rights associated with our platform and educational content belong exclusively to EDUVO LTD.

6.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal educational purposes only.

6.3 Restrictions

Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any content. Violations will result in legal action.

Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 User Data Processing

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, parties agree to attempt informal resolution first. If informal resolution fails, the dispute will proceed to binding arbitration held in Denmark.

9.3 Arbitration Finality

All arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.
